Disappointing. I needed a cleaning most of all but accepted an exam, X-rays, and cleaning for a $100 offer . I arrived the Dentist checked me in walked me to my chair and started the cleaning. Only used drill no pick no floss. Said I needed 2 crowns for x amount and wrapped it up. Didn't ask me to rinse my mouth or nothing. He walked me to the counter an asked me for $100 and I mentioned no X-rays were taken and he said that should have been done by his assistant. I would love to say he was having a bad day but his assistant told me that's his norm. Lesson learned.
