Like many have said before the service here is pretty bad. I walk in and im not even at the counter yet, and im asked in a snotty way "What can i get for you today?" no smile or anything. They dont even give you a chance to look at the cupcakes first. I mean i dont even know what is available yet, so how can i possibly know what i want?? Just rude! and this isnt the first time, several other times a certain person up front has been this way. Its enough to make you not want to come back, then they follow you down the counter, you feel unwelcome and hurried. Its a shame the cupcakes are wonderful, and enjoy most of them. But i feel the rude service justify's the 1 star rating.
