I don't know how these stores stay in business. I've had had experiences at other locations, but this one is convenient to my home so I decided to try it out. I visited this location 2 days ago. I had trouble finding what I was looking for, and of course nobody was around to ask for help. After wandering around, I finally found it and went to check out. There of course was nobody at the register and nobody around except 1 employee helping another customer. After waiting for 8 minutes, somebody finally showed up to ring up my $85 item. I would order online from anywhere else or make the 20 minute drive to Sephora before ever setting foot in this store again.
