Tasting Platter (Plateau Dégustation) : well worth it but they don't let you customize "Styles" (flavors) for the predetermined meat selection. Don't recommend the ramen. "Japanese style" uses linguini for noodles and lacks taste Very small restaurant causing long wait times, very small quantities, but excellent tartare.
