Refinance, or purchasing new home is one of the biggest decisions in life and I chose this company because of yelp reviews also initial meeting with the broker. I had good impression of her in the begging. She sounded like she wants to be honest and try to educate me before I make decisions. However, after I sign the paper, she became somewhat flaky, or indifference. Whenever I called, her computer is slow( at least 3times). One time I just told her to fix it and just submitted since I didn't want to call again, also it was a simple fix but it ended up submitted with mistake. Also there are things she said she will help to get the mortgage lower but she never did. I followed up and called but she said I should not do anything right now because it's still in process. Now all the process of mortgage is done, she never called, like nothing happened between us so I guess the business with her and me is over. I hope no one else become victim here, I should have take more time and chose my broker. I regret I chose here.
