Bought new higher quality headsets for NASCAR race. Volume was very low and could not be turned up. Tried to have them fix or return for refund but they refused to and charged me for rental. They were very rude accusing me of buying to use and return. I had my old headsets with me which worked perfectly fine, I just wanted to buy a nicer set. Worse customer service ever.
