Sushi/salmon sashimi (they don't usually serve sashimi but you can make a special request to the chef at that station), chilled or boiled king crab legs, stone crab, shrimp, clams

Oysters. Sadly not as fresh as when I last ate here in Nov 2015. The server said that they now order pre-shucked oysters, which obviously are not as fresh, in order to save money :(
My fave desserts are the chocolate ganache mini cakes/brownies. The warm melted chocolate inside reminds me of lava cake! Also liked the huge chocolate covered strawberries
Our waiter was attentive. We stayed for 4 hours even though there's a 2-hour limit without anyone saying anything. My brother even got a special birthday dessert plate!
