An update to my review I posted. A Banfield customer service rep got in touch with my and put me in touch with the local Banfield Pet Hospital on Durango Practice Manager, Cynthia. Cynthia asked me for the background on this issue and I related the story to her. She apologized for the trouble I had and offered to see my dog, do an exam, and get my dog up to date on all vaccines at no charge. This was a fair offer to make and was appreciated.
