Well... it wasn't great.
We went for an event at the W related to The auto auction and decided to grab a quick bite at the high top table near the entrance. We thought we were lucky... nope.
Table wasn't cleared completely, so the hostess decided to help by picking up an almost full saucer of soy sauce and dripping it all over my lap and floor. She looked at me and just turned around and walked away. She was young, and i think embarrassed. Regardless, no apology.
When i returned from the rest room the server, who took forever was visibly over loaded. Between the mediocre sushi and slow service it was actually a terrible experience. The one highlight was the sea bass, exceptional and almost worth the trip.
Overall, the experience was crowded, loud and service was slow and very inexperienced (poorly trained) for such an upscale establishment.
