Rooms are poorly maintained and not cleaned. Carpets had an sting Oder, bath rooms needed a major cleaning, shower curtain almost falling off, employees non responsive. Not what you would expect a Hilton family hotel should be. Tried contacting the general manager named Karan vis phone and email but he never responded back. Hilton should look into this location as it will be giving other locations.
