I am not usually one to leave a bad review, I don't like tearing down business or people in general, but I feel this needs to be said. We've been going to this location for years, my mother in law even had her mailbox here for quite some time, but since we started going there until now this location has gone so down hill. Before, it was clean and organized. The staff was relatively helpful and professional. Now, it's an absolute mess. It's just filthy in there. Trash is littered all behind the counter in boxes, the floor is flighty with dirt and grime, the counters are covers with spots. Nothing is in order, they constantly have crap everywhere. The service is awful, the people are so SLOW. They take no pride in their work. The last, and final time I went in there, the girl had her baby and all the baby stuff (crib, chair, swing, etc) all over the place, and the poor child was trying to wedge himself in between two large printers. The boy started screaming crying, and his little onesie opened up and he had no diaper on, so his little wee was hanging out for the whole store to see. It was just sad and embarrassing for the baby boy, and just pure unprofessionalism by the mother to let her child put himself in danger that way. I don't mind the mother to work there and bring her baby in, childcare is expensive, but don't have all the baby stuff all over the store, and at least keep the child in a safe area where he won't harm himself. It took 20 minutes to mail 1 letter. Honestly, if you can, just avoid this store at all costs. We've had mail get lost here, the staff doesn't know what they are doing half the time and 100% of the time doesn't even care to get it right, and it's absolutely filthy in there. I'm never going back again.
