This place has changed for the best. Highest level of customer service. Everyone is focused on getting the job done. I had two warranty items taken care of.
My mother in law had an issue with the battery while driving my car. She has AAA and had it towed over to Infinity. I was reluctant with the previous experiences that I had but found out that the ownership had changed. The car was already being checked in by the time I arrived. Geoff assured me that they would look the car over and let me know what to expect. He was able to look me up in their system and verify my warranty information.
Overall we had a 5 star experience thanks to Geoff and the crew!
