I wish I can give this place ZERO....I FINALLY receive my edits months later, I did the shoot on July 29 and just got them in September. for the LIFE of me I cant understand, if you are a business and sale your items on groupon, why wouldn't you displace the same level of customer service and gratitude as you would someone who is paying full price. She don't know me or if I had upcoming events I could have us her in but yet she treated me like I wasn't shit or beneath her. like my dollar didn't matter cause I paid for the shoot on groupon, also I didn't buy any upgrades. after all I been through with this unprofessional, rude woman, on the day of July 29 which by the way it was my birthday. we came to an agreement that she will fix the picture that's my profile picture. in that picture you can see my panties. get my edits and she aint did SHIT, her response was cause I wrote a bad review she decided not to honor what she said.What!!! she cant handle the truth, she probably selling her shoots on groupon cause she aint making that much money anyways. That rude, disrespectful, attitude having female yelled at me, talk to me like I wasn't shit on a mistake she should have caught first, then turn around and tired to blame her assistance. NO boo boo kitty, you the one holding the camera, you should have been the first to caught it. BUT your name is on it and trust and believe that every chance I get, I will be showing people your beautiful pictures. My name is Pauline, not the low class citizen who paid for a shoot on groupon so that means you can treat me like shit, sorry I am not the one. You will remember me, I am a very nice person who did nothing wrong but point out something that was obvious and if you had any kind of customer service skills, before it got this far, you should have did what ever it took to make your customer happy. but its ok, this wont be the last you hear from me. have a wonderful day!!!!!!!:)
