Nick, the instructor, is very knowledgeable and makes sure you understand everything. I do not like classroom environments, but it was very laid-back with no pressure, or feeling like you're put in the "spotlight." Nick is very patient and wants to help you understand the methods. No question is too dumb for him to answer. This course is very worth the money and I would recommend anyone get training through this facility. I actually learned a few new tips that I'd never heard of in previous CPR classes. This experience was a true 5-Star rating, and I'm usually kinda stingy in my reviews!
