My roommates had left our apartment a bit of a mess so we definitely needed a cleaning service and Cardinals Maids did a great job. I liked being able to book online for the sake of convenience and was able to find a date relatively soon. The two women who came to clean the place were friendly and made the apartment look superb. Overall, the cleaning was excellent!
I only have two points of issue. I've tried to arrange for a cleaning multiple times and was later told each time that my desired time slot was not available despite appearing so on the website. Also, my apartment is very cramped but since it has two bedrooms, I was charged the same rate as would have been a large house. I wish the charges were instead based on square footage.
