After careful consideration for a property manager and real estate agent in the Las Vegas area we decided to go with First Serve Realty and we are SO HAPPY we did. I called the first 7 top rated yelp property managers listed and most of them brushed me off or gave me the run around and never got to speak to someone. When I called First Serve Realty, the receptionist was professional and I was transferred to Fadra and got all my questions answered.
Fadra was so friendly and knowledgeable. She took her time to explain everything to me and we had a lot of questions. I would also email her all the time, and she was always on top of it. We don't live in the Las Vegas area, and Fadra has been nothing but amazing and accommodating to our schedule. She takes time out of her weekends to show us homes, and I mean A LOT of homes (for an entire day, both Saturday and Sunday) because we were interested in many different options. She is EXTREMELY hard working and we never once felt pressured or rushed. She always answered our questions with 100% honesty. She is easy to talk to and funny too! Looking at homes all day with her was such a fun experience.
Buying a home is a big deal, and First Serve Realty made the process so smooth and easy. We also got to work with Bryan and just like Fadra he was amazing. He is so organized and gave us great advice. Fadra and Bryan are definitely excellent property managers and real estate agents, but most importantly they are good people and always had our best interests in mind. They are kind, professional, experienced, and honest. I would HIGHLY recommend First Serve Realty to all my family and friends!
