I just came here a few minutes ago. I and my husband ordered stuff for our trip to California. I always buy coffee and we weren't aware that we already have a free one after 6 cups if you use their app. I took a small cup to purchase for. The manager said "I already added it here (in my husband's purchase, he paid with card" so I said I was paying it with cash cause I need change. She said "well it was already added, he used his app so its free for him" so I told her wait, I wanna change it to medium then cause its any size anyway and I wanna purchase something else cause I really need change. And she refused and said that it was already purchased. First of all, I needed change. I went to the other cashier so I could pay it myself and use cash. But no, she purchased it immediately. Nobody was in the line but us. Why would she be in a hurry. Very inconsiderate!
