Update: we just waited almost 55 minutes for a salad and pasta. Really? I called the order in ahead since I know they take forever. Called in at 12:18 and told them I'd be there in 20 mins. Got there after 25 mins and no food. Waited until 1:05 to go to the front and ask where my food was. The front girl was embarrassed and got us our food ASAP and gave us a free cookie (looked awesome but was rock hard). All in all, Rachel's just isn't worth the hassle or the expense- a salad, pasta, and 2 soft drinks was $28+. ...and almost an hour wait (got the food at 1:11). I just don't think I'll go back anymore.
