We have eaten at Café Rumba's for months. Although we really enjoy the food, I realized after I got home and looked at our receipt that we were charged $7.96 for 4 salsas. That is like charging for ketchup when you order French fries. We ordered 4 separate entrees and ate our lunch in the restaurant. The little cups couldn't have held more than 2 ounces and were not filled to the top. In addition, they never told us that the salsa would cost us extra and we never have been charged before. If this is their new policy, we will have to change our go to spot for Mexican Food!!!
