Warning: Terrible workmanship and even worse customer service!!! We were EXTREMELY disappointed! We had our turf installed by AZ Turf Store working with Tracy. The turf was installed on June first and by mid-August there were lumps throughout our ENTIRE yard! When I reached out to Tracy about my concerns he said he would take a look at it when he came back in September to replace our dead plants. After spending the entire month of September trying to get a hold of him and getting a date scheduled with us, he finally made it out on the 28th. He replaced the plants but said he was not sure how to fix the turf as it was worse than he expected and he needed to discuss it with his lead guy. He told me he would be in touch the following day. After several more weeks of trying to get a hold of him, he finally responded to say there was nothing that could be done about it. So our $12,000 turf lasted less than two months and he felt as though this was not a concern of his and that it was the "ground." He smugly asked what I wanted him to do and what my suggestions would be to fix it, I told him this was not my specialty and that was what we had paid him for. In his last response the end of November, he let us know if we wanted it fixed we would have to pay him additionally for those services. ***PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, if you are looking for a creditable landscaper go elsewhere as I can promise you, you will be very disappointed in working with him. If his work was not terrible enough, his attitude, customer service and business ethic are the absolute WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!***
