if I could give this location a ZERO-star, I would. So here's a lousy ONE-star instead :) I've never been to this location before, BUT from the VERY POOR customer service that I've received over the phone made me to not EVER want to come here!!! Today (02/25/16 at 1:15PM), i called the store to ask if they have a certain product available/in stock. This worker...lets just call him, "Matt/Mark" answered the phone. I asked KINDLY, "Hi, I was just wondering if you have a certain item in stock: it's called 'Sassy and Chic' and they're these press-on nails. it's right at the nails and makeup aisle." NOTE: that I live 45 minutes away from this location; I didn't want to drive all the way here to find the item OUT OF STOCK, right? AND on another NOTE: I told him what aisle section it would be at so it'll be easier for a guy to find these girly things. ANYWAY, his tone of voice was SUPER RIDICULOUSLY just SO RUDE! he said, "Uhhh NO! I'm at the register. I can't go check really quick because no one is on the floor." Okay, I get that he may be the ONLY one literally just working in that store, but he also could've been pleasant & also think of me also as a customer, as well, even though I'm not in the store! What I THINK he should've done is to ask for my number, so in the meantime, (whenever he has the free time), to go look for ONE item if it's in stock or not, and then call me after to confirm. I actually would've just offered to give my number to him anyway just so he can check for it when he has the time, BUT WITH THAT SASSY-PANTS ATTITUDE? HECK NO. :) I will NEVER go to this location ever even though I haven't gone here. Ha!
