Went in right before the holidays, just "to look". I'd submitted an interest in trade ins online and was promptly contacted by someone from the dealership, who subsequently assigned me to sales associate, Mark Siti. Mark was persistent, even despite my lack of time, and assured me he would not keep me for hours--a negative experience I'd had at other dealerships. Arrived to discover Mark had already pulled the 2012 Civics in the colors I indicated a preference for. We went on a few test drives. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle, but I was still skeptical about being upside down on my current 2007 Honda Accord (a prior very screwed deal from a dealership in Charlotte that is no longer in business). When we started to talk numbers, Mark called in a Finance Manager (sorry, name escapes me) who was very pleasant. My husband and I explained how we wanted to work on the numbers (total overall trade in value for my car, and the negotiated price of the vehicle I wanted--NOT working it on a monthly range, where most dealerships will hide all kinds of stupid crap.) The manager was more than happy to accommodate, presented his offer as we needed it, and responded pleasantly and promptly to my counter offer. Eventually we were able to come to an acceptable term and the deal was a VERY positive experience--written from the standpoint of someone who: 1) wasn't really looking to purchase, 2) who had an older vehicle with LOTS of miles on it, and 3) is a female. Only glitch was there was an error printed on my contract. The finance associate had the new one couriered out to my home (35 minutes away) to be signed by me. I absolutely did NOT feel like shark bait. Mark and his manager was solicitous and dealt with me with courtesy. Three days later, Mark called to make sure I was still pleased and to answer any questions. Got another follow up call a few weeks later. My husband had just purchased a new VW Passat, and even he had to grudgingly admit that Priority Honda handled sales in a much more pleasant and professional manner. We'd spent ALL day at Volkswagen, had a finance manager literally toss the estimate to us, but ultimately because he wanted the car, we stuck it out. Priority Honda was a far superior experience. Will be looking forward to purchasing from them in the future.
