I just moved to Peoria and, since the move, my nails were horrific! Didn't have a clue what salons to try, sip I went to T and Y, which I found while wandering. YAY! I haven't had such good work since I left California! And the owner, Rosie, is incredible. First a man asked if I'd like water, soda, coffee, etc. I actually felt like coffee... he asked hot or iced! Cream, sugar? I thought I'd hit the twilight zone when he came back with a perfectly made ice coffee and since my hands were soaking, he put a straw in it and held it up to my mouth so I could try it! Seriously? Rosie completely removed what was left of my nails and cleaned, cut and sanitized them. Now for the fun... she doesn't use a brush to put the gel on.. you dip your fingers, one by one, into the powder color... she mixed the colors I wanted.. no jars. I left and actually asked if the price she quoted was right. So, if you want the best get over there NOW!!
