Reached out to 4 service shops with high ratings asking for basic info and a general estimate. Gab's was the only place that provided a prompt and detailed response to my questions vs. a copy and paste response. They were accommodating when I would be able to drop off and were even open a few minutes early- thank you for not making the early bird wait!
I dropped off first thing and they had it done by lunch. They called me promptly and when I came for pickup the service items were clearly explained in detail and even had the labor hours noted. They provided me proactive opinion regardung how much time I had left on my brake pads and let me know about when I should have them checked again for possible replacement. This was helpful so I wasn't surprised going forward. Several months back I had another shop tell me I needed immediate replacement which I thought was inaccurate.
I made the right choice and will be back. This place will be professional, prompt and most importantly HONEST.
