I have two issues. The first is these guys seem be unable to multi-task. The can only produce one order at a time, so the wait times are ridiculous. The second is they changed the bread. They went from a quality bread to some low quality crap. I've never seen the same employees twice, and they never seem to have food service experience. It is quite dysfunctional. It's obvious the owner has no experience. Overall, it was bearable unril a combination of bad bread and a price increase from $7 to $10. I can live with the price increase, but not the bad bread. I'm done.
