I get that chefs think that they know best on how to cook meat. I also get I'm the one paying for it and if I don't want it bloody they should relent. This past weekend I had to talk around in circles for 4 minutes about getting a steak the way I want to eat it. I was told they don't taste good cooked that way. Try the ribs instead. If I wanted ribs why do you think I came to a steak house ? The steak came out so bloody they didn't even put it on the table and was send back to be made medium well. It came back butchered by the chief into 10 small pieces. Well thank you I'm a little kid can you cut up my steak for me ???? They offered up a free side dish comped my $12 beer to make up for it and hovered over our table for a long time to make sure everything was alright. A little on the creepy side. Tom what up!!!????
