So disappointed with EOS fitness! Horrible time trying to cancel! I would never even consider going back and will always make sure to warn my friends about the way they try and trap you into staying. The gym itself is ok, a bit small, so going during peak hours is not an option. However the reason I canceled was because the infant area was terribly set up.The people working in the area were not attentive at all. After seeing very small infant with a bottle propped up in his mouth for 45 minutes till I cam back to get my daughter and he was choking and spewing milk everywhere I decided it wasn't the gym for my and my infant. Then when trying to cancel i was told i had to give a 30 day notice which i was told would be unessisary if i paid a higher monthly payment. I dont know If I was lied to in the beginning or if they're just making everyone who works there look like liars but either way I'll never go back! And am still fighting to cancel the membership 4 months later.
