My girlfriend and I went in on a Tuesday evening. The place was packed and we waited 30mins for a pedicure even though we made an appointment. Since we are on the hunt for the perfect pedi we both chose the basic. (If the basic can't be done right who says the most expensive one will be any better). The pedi process was pretty simple and nothing out of the ordinary. I did like that a timer was used during the massage. No short cuts there! Overall it was a pleasant relaxing experience.
