My boyfriend and I bought the handicap accessible room because it was a great deal. We got charged $298 for the room.
Cons: Dirty unsanitized coffee maker with white crud inside and out that was placed inside the bathroom (next to the sink, odd place to place the coffee maker to begin with), dirty ice bucket, ice machine and pop machine both did not work on our floor (#11), there were no trash bags in our room in any of the trash cans, there was mildew under the toilet and in the shower, not much but very visible, rust where the toilet paper was dispensed, our room was right by the elevator, we heard it all night and throughout the day, and rusted food table when we ordered room service, you could tell it was an older table but they put a white tablecloth over, the table legs and wheels were rusted, not a pretty site while eating $100 worth of food, and rooms could use updating.
Pro: Excellent customer service from the valet, to the front desk, to guest services. They replaced coffee maker and ice bucket within 10 minutes of calling guest services. The FOOD was PHENOMENAL on the dinner menu when we ordered room service (steak meal & salmon meal). Morning buffet tasted ok but the the presentation of the food placement was very nice. It would've been cheaper to order room service for the same things that we picked up in the buffet.
All and all, never going there again. Wayyyy overpriced for a place that is not that spectacular.
