As a long time customer of zales my husband and I have been to many locations but this by far is the worst one. We visit this location to have our jewlery inspected for our warranty every six months and every time the sales people are friendly until they realize we are not in for a purchase. This last visit was by far the worst. When we entered the sales woman was all smiles and "ready" to help until I told her we were just here for the inspections. The first item I handed her was my wedding ring, to which she immediately said "oh your ring band is a thin band so you need to weld two more bands.... blah blah blah. I stopped her in mid pitch and said, there is nothing wrong with the band and I am not interested in altering my ring. She snapped at me " well it was only a suggestion!". She took my paperwork and jewelry did the inspections and brought everything back. No smile, no asking if everything looked ok, nothing, but a nasty look on her face and silence. I have to say from now on I will drive to another zales because the attitudes here are ridiculous.
