John was very helpful, when my wife Lori and I walked in he was with another client, he immediately apologized for not having more help to take care of us. We were in no hurry and it gave us a chance to look at the mattresses with no pressure. At first we were looking at memory foams and he said to us "you're either going to love them or hate them" He was right we hated them! It felt like sleeping in quicksand. He told us to lay in all of them and take our time no pressure! We finally laid on a Beauty rest and it was like a cloud. John set up the delivery and gave us info on our mattress and recommend a mattress cover that was waterproof and took care of dust mites. There was a sale on at the time which after everything was done, our king size came out to less than 1800.00. I can't say enough about John, He was very professional and patient. I highly recommend Best Mattress on N. Decatur. You can't go wrong.
