I went here on vacation to treat my boyfriend and I to a mani/pedi during a day of relaxation we planned. His nail tech did a good job but my experience was a disaster. First I was left to soak for my pedicure for about 30 mins. I'm usually all for soaking but this was excessive. I watched my nail tech walk by several times without speaking to me once. Then when she sat down she was in a rush. Janice who did my boyfriend's pedicure started on him right away. His pedicure was finished only about 5 minutes before mine was done so you can only imagine how mine was rushed. Then I had gel on my nails and the tech drilled off my gel instead of soaking it which later made my nails so thin they hurt to do anything with my hands. My gel she did completely peeled off my thumb two hours later while just getting dressed to go swim. By the end of the week most nails had chipped. I had gel all around the edges of my nails and my cuticles were not properly taken care of. I get my nails done regularly and this was by far the worst manicure and rushed pedicure I've had. I had to get my nails done again as soon as I got home. Definitely wasn't the relaxing experience I was looking forward to. I am not sure what my tech's name was but she is not one featured on the website. I spent my whole vacation with chipped nails and this was the whole point of getting them done as soon as I landed
