Came here with my younger sister for her first manicure right before my birthday celebration. We were walking Downtown Summerlin and wanted to check out their services and prices. The lady that I believed to be the owner was so rude to us when we first came in. Spoke to us with an attitude and treated us like absolute dirt. I thought that maybe we should have made an appointment and that's why she was so rude. She slumped her way over to us at the counter and then pointed at the menu for us to read and was rushing us through it. Oh it upsets me just thinking about it.
My sister and I decided on gel manicures. The owner lady did my sisters nails and another, much nicer lady did mine. I'm giving only this one star for how the nails looked. However, they did not give us any great service while we were there. Wish I could have my tip back (I tipped out of kindness). Also, the next week my cuticles were ripping. I had no idea what was happening but the top layer of my skin was peeling and bleeding like crazy. I have never had that with a manicure. Never. Not even at the places I went to after this.
I will never be back.
