My cat needs an eye surgery. I looked this place up and it looked decent, they had surgery in their services. So I called and they told me they can't tell me the price until they see the cat. Mind, I told the front desk that the cat has entropion. Come to find out that they don't perform that kind of surgery but they will gladly treat the consequences of his condition rather than the cause of it. Of course they didn't tell me that until the doctor saw the cat. They also took him away and made sure I pay for the visit before they bring him back. They suggested some eye drops to look at the damage and some ointment - for almost $300. Thanks, I'd rather put that money towards the surgery in another clinic. They are not affiliated so they just gave me a brochure. The cat still needs a surgery, I payed $46 for a brochure and a bag of free treats and wasted 3 hours of my life. They didn't tell me anything I didn't know and they didn't help my cat. I won't be coming back
After this unpleasant review the business manager Mike F was so nice and contacted me and organized the full refund of money that I spend on a visit which was $46.
But. Instead of refunding it, first they charged me $46 again. So I called and they fixed the issue and refunded $92.
I like that the issue was resolved quickly
