One would think that a teaching environment would be pushing for excellence vs. pumping out continuous excuses for substandard performance. Front desk employees are not trained for a veterinary environment and regularly spew incorrect and potentially dangerous information. Policies and procedures are being developed on the fly in their "Thursday Staff" meetings based on the problems encountered during the previous week - they are reactive not proactive. Checks and balances are either not in place or not being policed by management. After several mishaps, some minor and some endangering the health and safety of my pet, I had to leave. Bottom line, if you love your pet, take them elsewhere.
