Seems like an OK place to me. I went to a showing of a 2--bdrm one and they had a lil laundry room. The place was very nice. I also visited a two-bdrm, 2 bath and it was so lovely and with a terrace.I don't understand how AC/heat pump goes ---- renters/owners have individual ones that they purchase if old one goes out, but how do you maintain it. Break up the ceiling area? HA
