Laaaaaame. I brought my bridal party of about 14 people here. We were the only people in the place at 8:30PM on a Friday night. We came to Ceasars intending to drink at Fizz, but it was closed for a private event. Vista Cocktail lounge was just around the corner, and it looked beautiful (fancy chairs, swanky decor), so we chose it as our backup. After discussing at length which "mocktail" the waitress would bring for me (since I'm pregnant), I was the one person at the table who was not served. They forgot me. I waited about 30 minutes for a non-alcoholic mojito. We opened a tab and gave the waitress a credit card, yet she wanted us to pony up after just 1 round of drinks. She insisted we pay up after each round. Again: we were the *only* people in the place. It's not like we could possibly dine-n-dash, even if we were uncool enough to do that. Note: when you get your bill, they stamp it with a red stamp that says "gratuity is not included." UM, DUH. In short: the service was crummy. We were trying to celebrate, and were ready to spend a couple thousand bucks here; we would have gladly parked it and spent all night drinking here because it was comfortable and convenient. But we left after just 2 rounds because the waiters and waitresses weren't attentive, and they wanted us to pay after each round. We also weren't very impressed by the beer selection. Also: a bottle of water will set you back $10. Totally lamesauce.
