one of the best gyms (fitness centers) I've worked out at in a very long time. The staff are super friendly, they really are sincere and enjoy what they do, (unlike what I have seen at Planet Fitness and 24 Hour Fitness clubs)
The place is huge, two levels of cardio and never a wait. The work out section contains up to date equipment some of the best I have used ever.
They have a cardio movie theater, pretty cool.
If I lived here I would be a member without a second thought.
The people that work out from my observations do in fact work out. Unlike so many other places where people go through the motions
The men's locker room was huge, and I did not observe the creeps that you tend to see in so many locker rooms trying to take video and pictures of other guys changing.
Showers are separated by partitions, private and the huge.
Only drawback if I have to find one is that there are some strong odors coming from some of the lockers, like nasty.
Other than that this is a first class facility, with some first class employees and members.
