Bottom line- if you enjoy being insulted, threatened, treated like garbage, or feeling slightly masochistic ;) then this is your place.
Generally I feel guilty speaking poorly of a company, but I do not want anyone to go through what I did. Their customer service was beyond awful. I have never wanted to rate anything less than one star before, but if I could, I would for this company. Being in the customer service industry I know what exceptional service looks like. This company was probably the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The manager was demeaning, condescending, and argumentative. If you check other sites you should find others with similar stories. I had been shopping around to find a moving company to fit my needs and budget. My recommendation is to go to Camelback movers they are highly ranked, offered exceptional customer service and a good quote. Glad the move is over with! Loving the new place!
