We bought a car here back in February..
The car we got was sold by Jerry who was awesome but they have the worst customer service ever holy crap !!!!!
The car had cracks all over the windshield and it needed new brakes. Jerry said no worries they will fix all if for us.
Here is where things got ugly...one they have cockroaches in the back hallways and in the bathroom!!!!!it's now the end of April. My husband has been out of town for work for over a months I go to call to ask why we never got our plates and this lady with a crap ass attitude is on the phone with me saying we still owe money which I thought it was taken out of my bank account. Apparently that never happen they said I had to come in. Which is fine but u should of called me 30 days ago when that money is due..I don't give a crap if you sell 400 cars a month. good for u do u all want a reward? I want some customer service and she had the balls to tell me that it's my job to call them to make a payment.. it was just a ton of miscommunication.. but really they need better customer service!!!!!!!!! Jerry tho he is great !!!'
