The studio at which I work receives multiple Bronze Cafe deliveries each day, throughout the day. This is a dependable eatery with consistency and fantastic smoothies. We love that there are healthy meals that are tasty and the portions are insane. Never have I ever been able to eat more than half of my order. Never. Not once.
I love The Bizness - David's Special. Yummmmm. The curried chick peas are stupid-good and the beet salad will leave you trying to stuff more of it into your body, because you just don't want to stop tasting it.
I've always had Bronze delivered to the studio, but on this day I had a vendor in town, so we made the trip over with a buyer who eats there nearly every day. The cafe is located within the LGBT Center in DTLV, and it's LITERALLY JUST A CAFE. I'm talkin' a glass case with delicacies, pourover and coldbrew, and a few staff members in aprons. it's like 20 feet long - maybe. I was BLOWN AWAY. I couldn't even fathom.
The customer service is straight ridiculous....ly awesome. We were offered free samples of black eyed pea soup - of which I would normally decline politely, but I've never tasted anything from Bronze that I didn't want to devour in its entirety...so I said hell yes, and I'm glad I did. It was scrumptious! I truly hope that it's on the menu next time I'm there because I will be ordering double. The staff is helpful with decision making, not pushy and super duper friendly. When we got up to leave, they came around the counter and took our trash from our hands. IT'S ONLY A CAFE! They are fantastic.
By far the most popular order is the Greek Goddess. It's a delicious chicken pesto sandwich that everyone is nutty for. I've never tried it due to the gluten-factor, but I shall soon. Oh yes, I shall.
Go to Bronze Cafe. Order them to go, get them delivered, do whatever it takes to get their food in your mouth. They're amazing.
