A subpar school with some staff who claim to be "teachers" but lack the general basis for understanding child psychology. Ms Adrienne needs some classes on empathy and social skills. She can't hold a conversation so I'm not sure how she's qualified to instill any positive qualities in young ones who have the great misfortune of being placed in her class. She is aloof, and has no warmth to her, which is alarming considering she is in charge of caring for precious little ones.
Management is just there to ensure all the tuition is collected, but beyond that they are unavailable to parents regarding any conflicts. If there's any issue, they will not give you the courtesy of their time.
Your child deserves a better environment than this small rundown house where kids are packed in like sardines with incompetent teachers who have a high rate of turnover.
