I enjoyed my facial! Tyenisha was fantastic and explained everything she did as she went along. She also talked with me for a few minutes first to decide which mud treatment would best suit me. I would gladly offer that last star if I were able to purchase additional time with the ice globes or more facial massage. It. Feels. Heavenly.
I disagree with those upset about the environment at Mud. If you're expecting a dimly-lit, quiet environment, this isn't the place for you. The music isn't blaring, but it is on. If you're uncomfortable having a facial 15 feet away from someone else who is having the same service you are, this isn't the place for you.
The general expectation of a "bar" salon (i.e. nail, facial, blowout) is to-the-point service. Mud. will enable me to get a quick pick-me-up facial on my lunch break without breaking the bank. Not only do they offer inexpensive services, the offer savings on bulk purchases! I will definitely be back!
