Love my new car. But the finance guy, Greg, over promised and under delivered. I asked multiple times throughout signing the papers to confirm what my payment was going to be. He swore up, down, and sideways that it wouldn't change. It did. Not by a lot, but over a percent different in interest. Had he been honest and advised my credit was within a couple points of what was needed for that particular amount I would have been more understanding. I had to go in today - two weeks later- to sign NEW papers with a NEW payment amount. A different person helped me and, as I was understandably annoyed that my payment changed, got bristly at me and said "well you don't have to sign it." So that was nice. Also Greg kept marking the cosigner line on all documents, I guess because a guy was with me. He also noted multiple times that I "make a lot of money, for a girl." The sales guys were great but the finance guys need to step it up. I still really love my new car but the experience today put a damper on it.
