This first time I went here about a month ago they didn't have enough garlic bagels and no asiago cheese, but they immediately offered to make them if I could wait the 10 minutes it took to cook. Of course I said yes, and was surprised when they gave me one of their yummy brownies while I waited. As I was checking out, Joy, the general manager, suggested I call ahead with my order and they would be ready when I got there. So today I called, ordered my bagels to be ready at noon, and sure enough when I walked in the box of bagels was sitting on the counter, just waiting to be sliced. A nice group of customers were eating lunch, they were doing a good business. I love this location and really don't understand the bad reviews, especially when the bagels are so tasty and the employees are willing to go out of their way to make sure I'm happy.
