Fogo De Chao was an amazing experience! It is basically an upscale buffet with the accompanying upscale price. There is an unlimited salad bar and all-you-can-eat bread, potatoes, and polenta. The same with the meat. It flowed non-stop! The chefs walked around with chunks of meat on a large skewer and cut off pieces for us at our table. We let them know if we wanted it well-done or medium-well and they obliged. We were done after several pieces, though. Think about it. How many steaks can you eat at once? What a profitable pricing scheme!
Beware of the soft drink prices, though! NO FREE REFILLS. I became suspicious when I did not see the prices listed. I used my phone to look it up online and there were several complaints from customers who were not told this in advance.
Would I return? Maybe once more to share the experience with someone going for the first time so that I may enjoy their reaction. Otherwise, once was enough for us.
