This isn't the best dessert place, but one of the fews you can find in the area. This place is good because it open late especially on weekend.
I've been here quite a few times ever since it opened. Nothing has really changed over the years. Service is bad as always, usually its teenagers that work which care too much about customers.
Food is decent, minimum satisfactory met. But I feel the price in comparison to the quality is not so good, fairly over priced.
This time we ordered a new house special, durian mochi, steamed milk and egg whites.
The mochi was soft and chewy. The filling inside had great flavors of durian which was good. The only downfall that made it a real turn off was that I tasted thin bits of ice inside the filling. Thus, it tells me that its not made fresh and was pulled out from the freezer. A big No No!
The steamed milk and egg whites was decent. It took way longer than the mochi so it didn't arrive at the table until we were almost done eating.
If there were other choices, this wouldn't be on my list to come back as servers are not friendly and food iant amazing.
