TERRIBLE!!! I bought a weekend stay on groupon, when I called about booking a weekend every date I mentioned was "sold out", I finally had to settle for a date that I didn't really want in order to not lose the value of the groupon I already paid for. When we got there to check in there was only one person working the desk, not only did we have to wait 25 minutes to talk to her but she was completely rude. When we finally get to our room, with no thanks to the front desk lady's horrible directions, we find clothes in the closet from whomever stayed there before us, completely gross. The "village" was a joke, more then half of the shops and restaurants were closed and it was pretty much a ghost town ( sold out resort my ass), the casino had no more then 10 people in it including us. The bed in the room was supposed to be a king but certainly was not, and it was by far the most uncomfortable bed I've ever laid on, considering the clothes left in the closet it made me very concerned about the cleanliness of the bed and all other aspects of the room. When I called the desk to complain about the bed, and to see if there was another room with a different bed we could try, the front desk person informed me that they get complaints all the time about their beds and there was nothing he could do. We checked out early not willing to spend a other night in that hole. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THIS PLACE! On a side note, the restaurant we ate at, an Italian place across from the bistro, was wonderful, the service was great and the food was delicious.
