At the hostess stand they have a sign that reads 3% surcharge will be added to every guest charge due to the raise of minimum wage. This place charges $87 for a lobster tail and $13 for a side of fries. They should be grateful for their employees and their hard work and they can afford to pay them more then minimum wage without asking for it from the customers. I don't respect any place that pays their salt and vinegar French fries more than their employees, I don't care how good the food is.
