I love this place so much. Thomas is motivating without being scary and I'm doing things I never thought I could. The people here are truly amazing, welcoming and encouraging. I was totally out of shape when I started less than 2 months ago and I still have far to go but I feel so amazing now. Don't let the difficulty of Crossfit intimidate you. Drop in for a class and you'll be surprised what you can do and how much you can enjoy pushing yourself!
